Mr. Kenter, Commission staff is in receipt of the procedural request from Bayshore Broadcasting Corporation (Bayshore) dated 10 October 2017, in which Bayshore requests an extension to the deadline to submit interventions to 30 October 2017.

Mrs. Laurignano, Commission staff is in receipt of DCI’s response to Bayshore’s procedural request dated 11 October 2017, in which DCI states that it is not adverse to an extension to the deadline for interventions.
