Dear Ms. Wheeler:
We received your application wherein you requested that the Commission process, on an expedited basis, a request for an amendment to a condition of licence approved in BD 2017-152.
In order to process this application in a timely fashion, the Part 1 process is modified as follows:
- Interested persons have until 5 September 2017 to submit interventions relating to the application.
- Rogers Media Inc. has until 11 September 2017 to reply to the interventions.
