Subject: Cogeco Part 1 Application, Temporary modification of certain requirements under the Television Service Provider Code – Clarification of deadlines
Dear Ms Dorval:
Staff is providing a clarification to the letter dated 5 July 2017 in regards to the Part 1 application filed by Cogeco Communications, in the name of its subsidiary company, Cogeco Connexion (Cogeco):
- Cogeco has until 19 July 2017 to answer to questions outlined in the Commission letter dated 5 July 2017.
- The public has until 1 August 2017 to submit their comment on Cogeco’s Part 1 Application
- Cogeco will then have until 14 August 2017 to file their reply.
