Re: Request for the expedited treatment of a Part 1 application to amend a condition of licence to be consistent with proposed changes to the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations
Mrs. Dinsmore,
We received your application wherein you requested that the Commission process, on an expedited basis, a request for an amendment to a condition of licence authorizing contribution payments for broadcasting distribution undertakings serving Ottawa, Ontario and the Moncton Region, New Brunswick.
In order to process this application in a timely fashion, the Part 1 process is modified as follows:
- Interested persons have until 29 June 2017 to submit interventions relating to the application.
- Rogers Communications Canada Inc. has until 4 July 2017 to reply to the interventions.
