Re: Request to extend intervention period for Part 1 renewal applications 2016-0813-4, 2016-0812-6 and 2016-0811-8 for Bell Media stations CITF-FM Québec, CJAB-FM Saguenay and CITÉ-FM-1 Sherbrooke

Dear Madam,

We received your letter dated March 30, 2017, in which you asked that the intervention period for renewal applications for CITF-FM Québec, CJAB-FM Saguenay and CITÉ-FM-1 Sherbrooke be extended. To support your request, you stated that certain key elements are missing from the public record in order for an informed analysis of the renewal applications to be carried out. Specifically, you requested the following documents:

CRTC staff considers this procedural request reasonable, and sent the requested documents to ADISQ on March 31, and April 3 and 4 2017. Accordingly, the intervention period has been extended to April 11, 2017, and the deadline for submitting a reply is
April 18, 2017.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
