This letter is in reference to the February 17, 2017 letter submitted to the Commission by the Ontario Educational Communications Authority (TVO) to withdraw its Part 1 application to amend the licence of television programming undertaking CICA-TV in order to delete eight digital over-the-air relay transmitters (Belleville, Chatham, Cloyne, Kitchener, London, Ottawa, Thunder Bay and Windsor) no later than July 31, 2017.
In light of your request, the application has been withdrawn. A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding.
