Northwestel Inc. – Approval of a tariff application

1. The Commission approves the following tariff application:

   Northwestel Inc.	TN 959 Amendment to General Tariff – Introduction of Accelerated Installation Service	14 October 2016	12 January 2017

2. No interventions with respect to the application were received.
3. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
