Terrestrial pay-per-view service – Revocation of licence

Wightman Telecom Ltd. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the regional, terrestrial pay-per-view programming undertaking, originally granted in Terrestrial pay-per-view service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2011-616, 26 September 2011.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Wightman Telecom Ltd. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
