Northwestel Inc. – Interim approval of a tariff application

1. The Commission approves on an interim basis the following tariff application:

   Applicant	Tariff Notice and description	Date of application	Effective date
   Northwestel Inc.	TN 991 General Tariff – Residential Internet 10 MV Service	27 April 2017	30 May 2017

2. The Commission will address the ratification request made in this application, and any other issues related to this application, if necessary, in a subsequent order.
3. Revised tariff pages are to be issued within 10 calendar days of the date of this order. Revised tariff pages can be submitted to the Commission without a description page or a request for approval; a tariff application is not required.
