Revocation of licence

Diffusion communautaire des Îles inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for its French-language community television programming undertaking in Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec, originally granted in New community television station in Îles-de-la-Madeleine, Quebec, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2009-118, 5 March 2009.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Diffusion communautaire des Îles inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
