The Commission announces that additional responses to requests for clarification on various matters will be available on the Commission’s website on or after 27 October 2017.
In addition, further to Broadcasting Notice of Consultation 2017-160, the Commission announces that parties appearing at the oral phase may be asked to provide written responses to Commission questions at the hearing. The deadline for the filing of such undertakings is 27 October 2017.
The Commission will accept final written submissions filed by parties that have intervened in this proceeding. Final written submissions must be filed with the Commission by no later than 3 November 2017, 5 p.m. Vancouver time (8 p.m. Ottawa time).
Applicants may file final replies with the Commission by 10 November 2017. Bell Canada and Bell Express Vu may also file final replies with the Commission by 10 November 2017.
Final written submissions and final replies should not exceed 10 pages. Parties are reminded that these documents must only address comments made during the oral phase, additional responses to requests for clarification or the responses to the undertakings, and must not introduce new evidence. The Commission will not take into consideration comments dealing with any other matters and such comments will not form part of the public record of this proceeding.
All undertakings filed will be posted on the Commission’s website under the link “Undertakings”. All final written submissions will be posted under the link “Final written submissions”. All final replies will be posted under the link “Final replies”.
