RE:  Tariff Notice 959 – Introduction of Accelerated Installation

Dear Sir:

On 14 October 2016, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) under Tariff Notice 959, in which Northwestel proposed to revise its Private Wire Service Tariff 3003 to introduce new service Tariff Item 1126 - Accelerated Installation Service.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application, including Northwestel’s response to Commission staff’s 6 December 2016 request for information.

Consequently, this application was not disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
