RE: Freedom Mobile (formerly WIND Mobile) Tariff Notice 3, 3/A
Dear Sir:
On 6 October 2016, the Commission received an application from Freedom Mobile Inc. (formerly WIND Mobile Corp.), under Tariff Notice 3 (TN 3) - amended by Tariff Notice 3/A (TN 3/A), submitted on 26 October 2016 - in which the company proposed to modify its Access Services Tariff (CRTC 27791) to introduce Item 502.1 – Local Service Request (LSR) Rejection Charge, as well as to effect various housekeeping changes.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
