RE: Luxline Network Corporation Tariff Notice 1 – Access Tariff Template Agreement
Dear Sir:
On 25 October 2016, the Commission received an application from Luxline Network Corporation, under Tariff Notice 1 (TN 1), in which the company submitted for the Commission’s consideration and approval its proposed Access Service Tariff (CRTC 15110), in accordance with its intended operation as a competitive local exchange carrier (CLEC).
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
