Re: Application to Review and Vary Commission Decision on Part 1 Application by Téliphone Navigata-Westel Communications Seeking Relief with respect to the Timing of Disconnection of services provided to it by TELUS Communications Company - Procedural Letter

Mr. Panesar,
On 30 September 2016, Téliphone Navigata-Westel Communications Inc. (TNW) filed with the Commission an application under Part 1 of the CRTC’s Rules of Practice and Procedure, requesting that the Commission review and vary the 22 September 2016 Commission letter decision related to TNW’s previous 31 August 2016 Part 1 application seeking relief with respect to the timing of disconnection of services provided to it by TELUS Communications Company (TCC).
On 4 October 2016, Commission staff issued a procedural letter for the review and vary application, which set out that interventions were to be filed with the Commission by17 October 2016 and TNW’s reply comments could be filed by 19 October 2016.
On 17 October 2016, comments were received by the Commission from TCC and Saskatchewan Telecommunications (SaskTel).
On 19 October 2016, additional comments were received by the Commission from TCC regarding certain aspects of SaskTel’s 17 October 2016 intervention.
On 20 October 2016, reply comments were received by the Commission from TNW.
In view of the additional comments from TCC on 19 October 2016, TNW as the initial applicant may file additional reply comments by no later than 21 October 2016 relating only to the additional comments filed by TCC on 19 October 2016 regarding aspects of SaskTel’s intervention.
Any submission is to be served on the other parties no later than when they are filed with the Commission. Also, please be reminded that when filing a document in confidence, an abridged version of the same must also be filed at the same time.
Sincerely,
