RE:  Fido Solutions Inc. (Fido) Tariff Notice 24

Dear Sir:
On 6 June 2014, the Commission received an application by Fido Solutions Inc. (Fido) under Tariff Notice 24, in which it proposed revisions to its Access Services Tariff to remove Call Termination Service (CTS) as a tariffed interconnection service, pursuant to Compensation for call termination, Telecom Regulatory Policy 2014-226, 9 May 2014 (TRP 2104-226).
In TRP 2014-226, the Commission forbore from the regulation of call termination services offered by competitive local exchange carriers (CLECs) and directed all CLECs to issue revised tariff pages removing CTS as a tariffed interconnection service within 30 days of the date of the decision.
Due to an administrative oversight, Fido’s application was overlooked when it was filed. However, since the Commission directed CLECs to issue revised pages reflecting its decision in TRP 2014-226, Fido’s application is moot.
Accordingly, this file is closed.

Sincerely,
