RE: GB TEL Incorporated CLEC Tariff Notice 2
Dear Sir:
On 10 August 2016, the Commission received an application by GB TEL Incorporated under Tariff Notice 2, in which GB TEL Incorporated proposed to make revisions to its Access Services Tariff.
Further to your discussions with Commission staff, the analysis of this application will continue once your original submission is replaced by a tariff application filed in accordance with Telecom Information Bulletin CRTC 2010-455-1, Approval processes for tariff applications and intercarrier agreements, and the applicable provisions of the CRTC Tariff Regulations.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
