RE: Examination of differential practices related to Internet data plans, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2016-192 – Clarification request

Dear Mr. Tibbs:

In your intervention to the above-mentioned proceeding (CRTC 2016-192), Media Access Canada (MAC) requested that, to contextualize its intervention, its earlier submissions to a separate proceeding, Telecom Notice of Consultation CRTC 2015-134 - Review of basic telecommunications services (CRTC 2015-134), be included on the record of CRTC 2016-192.

Considering that the issue of basic telecommunications service is being considered as part of CRTC 2015-134 and that MAC filed a number of submissions in the 2015-134 proceeding, please file the portions of these various submissions it considers to be relevant to the CRTC 2016-192 proceeding and include those portions in its next submission to this proceeding by 21 September 2016.
