Re: Shaw Third Party Internet Access Tariff
The Commission is in receipt of a letter, dated 18 July 2016, in which IAAK Technologies Inc. (IAAK) requests that the Commission intervene in Shaw Cablesystems G.P.’s (Shaw) Third Party Internet Access (TPIA) rates. The company’s filing was recorded as an application under Part 1 of the CRTC Rules of Practice and Procedure.
On 26 July 2016, Commission staff contacted IAAK to clarify procedural aspects related to its filing. By letter dated 27 July 2016, IAAK requested that its 18 July 2016 be considered as part of the proceeding associated with Shaw’s Tariff Notice 26 (TN 26).
Accordingly, IAAK’s Part 1 application (file number 8622-J112-201607516) will be closed and the associated documents are added to the record relating to Shaw’s TN 26 file (number 8740-S9-201606790). The Commission will therefore consider IAAK’s comments when disposing of Shaw’s TN26.
Sincerely,
