RE: Sogetel Inc. Tariff Notice 176 – Amalgamation of Sogetel Inc. and Téléphone Milot Inc.’s General Tariffs
Dear Madam:
On 15 March 2016, the Commission received an application by Sogetel Inc. (Sogetel) under Tariff Notice 176, in which it proposed to amalgamate Sogetel Inc. and Téléphone Milot Inc.’s General Tariffs.
Further to receiving from Sogetel an updated copy of its existing General Tariff as well as that of Milot on 18 May 2016, Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application to ensure the completeness and accuracy of the various amalgamated tariff items.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 120 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
