RE: Northwestel Tariff Notice 946 – Mobile Fibre Backhaul Service
Dear Sir,
On 29 April 2016, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) under Tariff Notice 946, in which Northwestel proposed to revise Private Wire Service CRTC 3003, Data Network Services to introduce Item 1125 - Mobile Fibre Backhaul Service (MFBS).
Further to the filing by Northwestel of a revised Evaluator’s Report and price floor test on 17 May 2016, Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the application.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue a final decision within 90 calendar days of the date of the initial application.
