RE: Northwestel Tariff Notice 951 – Increase Download Speed to 10/15 Mbps Custom Business Gateway Service
Dear Sir:
On 13 June 2016, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. under Tariff Notice 951, in which Northwestel Inc. proposed to revise Special Services Tariff CRTC 3010 Item 764 5/15 Mbps Custom Business Gateway Service, to reflect an increase in the download speed offered by this service from 5 Mbps to 10 Mbps.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
