RE: Northwestel Inc. Tariff Notice 944
Dear Sir:
On 31 March 2016, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel) under Tariff Notice 944, in which Northwestel proposed to withdraw certain grandfathered Internet packages in its General Tariff Item 1735 - Terrestrial Cable and ADSL Internet Services.
On 9 May 2016, Northwestel filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission. The company stated that it had not sent out the customer notification letter. It indicated that it would resubmit the tariff notice in the near future when the customer notification letters are sent.
In the circumstance, Northwestel`s request to withdraw its application is acceptable. Accordingly this file is closed.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
