RE:  TELUS Communications Company Tariff Notice 507/507A/507B/662/662A and 662B – Revisions to General Tariff item 300 – Call Management Services

Dear Sir,

On 15 February 2016, the Commission received applications by TELUS Communications Company (TELUS) in which it proposed revisions to General Tariff item 300 – Call Management Services.

These applications were revised by TELUS on 25 February 2016 and again on 20 April 2016.

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of these applications.

For this reason, the initial applications were not disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to issue final decisions within 90 calendar days of the date of the applications.
