RE: Tariff Notice 1 – Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) tariff
Dear Sir,
On 29 February 2016, the Commission received an application by TekSavvy Solutions Inc. (TekSavvy) in which it proposed to introduce a new Competitive Local Exchange Carrier (CLEC) tariff.
Pending the receipt of a revised version of the CLEC tariff to reflect changes discussed with Commission staff, the analysis of this application will be placed on hold.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th business day following receipt.
