RE: CoopTel, coop de télécommunication Tariff Notice 78 for direct connect (DC) service – Request for Information
Dear Mr. Allard:
The Commission received an application filed on 16 February 2016, by CoopTel, coop de télécommunication (the Applicant) for Commission approval of tariff pages for direct connect (DC) service in which the proposed rates were supported by a cost study.
The Commission received comments from Bell Canada (Bell) related to the application.
Commission staff is seeking additional information from the Applicant in the above-noted file and is setting out additional process related to this application. The Applicant is to provide its response to the attached interrogatories, which contain redacted confidential information by no later than 27 Mai 2016. The Applicant is reminded that the submission must actually be received, not merely sent, by that date.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of the above-noted file. Owing to this ongoing analysis and the interrogatory process, the Commission was not able to dispose of this file within 45 business days following the receipt. Commission staff will set out additional process related to final comments and reply at a later date.
