RE: Review of basic telecommunications services, Telecom Notice of Consultation 2015-134Footnote 1 – Request for extension

Dear Ms. Decker:

The Commission is in receipt of the CAV’s letter, dated 19 February 2016, in which it requests that the deadline to respond to the Commission’s request for information in the above-mentioned proceeding be extended from 22 February 2016 to 29 February 2016.

The CAV indicated its response requires a review by the Technical Committee of the CAV Board, which it anticipates will not be complete until 29 February 2016. In the circumstances, Commission staff considers it appropriate to extend the deadline for the CAV to respond to the Commission’s request for information to 29 February 2016.
