RE:  Northwestel Tariff Notice 939– General Tariff

Dear Sir:

On 5 February 2016, the Commission received an application by Northwestel, under Tariff Notice 939, in which the company proposed changes to its General Tariff, item 1735, Terrestrial ADSL and Cable Internet services and item 1736, Terrestrial Enterprise Internet Services in order to replace the terms Fixed IP and Static IP with Reserved IP. The company indicated that its application is a Group B tariff filing. 

Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.

Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
