RE: TELUS Tariff Notice No. 504
Dear Mr. Woo:
On 17 December 2015, the Commission received an application by TELUS Communications Company (“TELUS” or the “Company”), under Tariff Notice 504, in which the Company proposed revision to its Carrier Access Tariff (CRTC 21462) to Item 226, Wholesale Internet ADSL Service (“WDSL Service”). This revision was in relation to the Company’s Residential ADSL Access Service – 50 Mbps (bonded and non-bonded) and 100 Mbps Service.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application will not be disposed of on the 45th calendar day following receipt. The Commission intends to dispose of this application by the end of June 2016.
