Re: Consideration of whether the Commission should forbear with respect to off-tariff negotiated agreements for domestic GSM-based wholesale mobile wireless roaming services – Extension request for replies to interventions

Dear Madam, Sir,

On 12 February 2016, the Commission received a letter from Rogers in which the company requested that Rogers be permitted to file its reply submission with respect to Telecom Notice of Consultation 2015-554 on 16 February 2016 instead of 15 February 2016 due to the Family Day holiday in Ontario, Alberta and Saskatchewan.

Commission staff considers that in the circumstances Rogers’ request for an extension is reasonable. All parties may therefore file their replies to interventions with the Commission by 16 February 2016.
