RE: Part 1 application by TekSavvy Solutions Inc. in respect of ensuring transitional wholesale access – Extension letter
Dear Sirs:
On 14 January 2016, the Commission received a request by TekSavvy Solutions Inc. (TekSavvy) to modify procedural timelines associated with the request for final relief set out in the above-mentioned Part 1 application. TekSavvy requested a seven-calendar day extension to the first two milestones set out in the Commission’s 22 December 2015 staff letter and a four-day extension to the last milestone.
Commission staff considers the company’s request for an extension to be reasonable.
Accordingly, the process associated with TekSavvy’s request for final relief is revised as follows:
- TekSavvy has until 25 January 2016 to supplement its application, serving a copy on all other parties to the proceeding.
- Answers from named respondents as well as interventions by any interested parties must be filed with the Commission by 24 February 2016.
- TekSavvy has until 4 March 2016 to file its reply comments, serving a copy on all other parties to the proceeding.
Documents are to be received, and not merely sent, by these dates.
Sincerely,
Original signed by Valerie Plaskacz for
