Re: Request for the expedited treatment of a Part 1 application for a condition of licence related to the distribution of The Cult Movie Network
Ms. Grande,
We received your application wherein you requested that the Commission approve, on an expedited basis, a condition of licence that would relieve MTS Inc. from the obligation to distribute “The Cult Movie Network” in a package of up to 10 programming service, which obligation would otherwise arise on or after 1 December 2016 by virtue of section 23(1) b) of the Broadcasting Distribution Regulations.
In order to process this application in a timely fashion, the Part 1 process is modified as follows:
Interested persons have until 7 November 2016 to submit interventions relating to the application.
MTS Inc. has until 14 November 2016 to reply to the interventions.
