Dear Mr. Poirier:

This is in response to your letter dated 12 October 2016 in which you confirm the withdrawal of the above-mentioned application.

Staff notes that the licensee filed a new application (2016-1045-2) replacing the above noted application. This new application was posted on the Commission’s WebsiteFootnote 1 on 7 October 2016. Accordingly, the Commission will not proceed with application 2015-1273-1. As such, this application is now considered closed.

A copy of this letter and all related correspondence will be added to the public record of the proceeding of application 2015-1273-1.
