RE:  Request for corrections to Broadcasting Regulatory Policy CRTC 2016-224 – Policy framework for local and community television

The Commission is in receipt of a letter from the Syndicat canadien de la fonction publique (SCFP) of behalf of the Conseil provincial du secteur des communications (CPSC) dated 6 July 2016 requesting corrections to paragraphs 40, 42 and 46 of Broadcasting Regulatory Policy CRTC 2016-224 – Policy framework for local and community television (the Policy).

In the letter, SCFP expressed concerns regarding the interpretation of its comments submitted as part of the process initiated by Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2015-421.

Your letter has been placed on the public file of this proceeding. With this addition, the public record of the proceeding reflects SCFP’s position.

Sincerely,
