Dear Mr. Kirk,
This letter is in reference to the Part 1 application submitted by Durham Radio Inc. (DRI) for a technical amendment for CJKX-FM-2.
It has been recently brought to our attention that your responses filed on 4 March 2016 were inadvertently omitted by the Commission from the public record. Accordingly, your comments have been properly added to the public record and are now available to view through the Commission’s website. The Commission sincerely regrets the inconvenience caused by this omission.
Timeline change
