Re: Request to file information relating to the 25 January 2016 public hearing - Broadcasting Notice of Consultation CRTC 2015-421

Ms. Courtemanche,

The Commission has asked a number of broadcasting distribution undertakings and broadcasters participating in the above-mentioned proceeding to undertake to respond to questions related to certain definitions and community channel tuning. Exhibit 1 (a copy of which is attached) was placed on the record of the proceeding.

As a member of the Coalition of Small Market Independent Television Stations (SMITS), and in light of the undertaking asked of the other members of SMITS who appeared before the Commission, we also request that you provide responses to the applicable questions contained in Exhibit 1 by 15 February 2016.
