Argent – Revocation of licence

1. TVA Group Inc. has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the French-language specialty Category A service Argent, originally granted in LCN Affaires – a new specialty service, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2000-468, 14 December 2000.
2. Given the licensee's request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to TVA Group Inc. for the above-mentioned undertaking.
