The Pet Network - Revocation of licence

Stornoway Communications Limited Partnership has requested the revocation of its broadcasting licence for the English-language specialty Category B service The Pet Network, originally granted in The Pet Network, Broadcasting Decision CRTC 2000-692, 14 December 2000.
Given the licensee’s request and pursuant to sections 9(1)(e) and 24(1) of the Broadcasting Act, the Commission revokes the broadcasting licence issued to Stornoway Communications Limited Partnership for the above-mentioned undertaking.
