RE: Bell Canada Tariff Notice 7480: Request for extension to file interventions and reply comments
Dear Mr. Gauvin:
On 3 December 2015, the Commission received a request by Bell Canada to extend the due dates to file interventions (from 10 December 2015 to 11 January 2016) and reply comments (from 21 December 2015 to 21 January 2016).
Bell Canada submitted that the key staff members responsible for TN 7480 will not be available due to planned vacation.
In the circumstance Commission staff considers that the extension request is reasonable. Accordingly, the due dates are revised as follows:
- Parties may file interventions: 11 January 2016
- Bell Canada may file reply comments: 21 January 2016
Where a document it is to be filed or served by a specific date the document must be received, not merely sent, copies of the document should also be sent to nat.natraj@crtc.gc.ca
Sincerely,
