Re: Northwestel Tariff Notice(TN) 923- Additional Process
Dear Sirs,
In response to a Commission staff letter dated 12 August 2015, Northwestel filed cost information requested by Commission staff, claiming confidentiality over a portion of this information.
SSI filed comments on 30 September 2015 that 1) submitted that Northwestel did not disclose information consistent with Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2012-592 (TRP 2012-592)Footnote 1 and identified what information it believes should be disclosed, and 2) submitted that parties be allowed to provide additional comments should Northwestel disclose further information.
On 16 October 2015 Northwestel placed on the public record the additional information required to be consistent with TRP 2012-592.
Based on SSI’s request, the following additional process is set out:
- Interested parties may file additional comments on the material disclosed by Northwestel in the above noted submission by 29 October 2015;
- Northwestel may file reply comments on the additional comments provided by parties by 5 November 2015.
All documents filed with the Commission in response to this letter should also be served on all other parties by the required dates. Where a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, nor merely sent, by that date.
Please ensure that copies of all documents are also sent by email to Nat Natraj, Senior Analyst at nat.natraj@crtc.gc.ca at the time they are filed with the Commission.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
