Concord Pacific Multi-Dwelling Unit Projects
Dear Mr. Cowling:
By letter dated 21 September 2015, the Commission issued an interrogatory to Concord Pacific Developments Inc. (Concord), requesting a response by 23 September 2015.
By letter dated 22 September 2015, Shaw Cablesystems G.P. (Shaw) requested an extension to the date for filing its reply in this matter in order to allow sufficient time to review Concord’s response to the interrogatory which may impact Shaw’s reply comments. Shaw requested an extension of five days.
In the circumstances, the date for Shaw to file its reply is extended to 29 September 2015, serving a copy on Concord, Novus and TCC.
