Re: Tariff Notice 490 – Basic Service and Regional Service
Dear Sir,
On September 1, 2015, the Commission received an application filed by Télébec, Limited Partnership (Télébec) under Tariff Notice 490 (TN 490) in which the company proposed to withdraw certain tariffs for which it has received the Commission’s approval with respect to local service forbearance. The company also proposed adding two new rate sub-bands for certain exchanges and modifying two others. The company submitted that its application was a Group B retail tariff filing.
Commission staff is pursuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application along with any subsequent revisions will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following their receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt.
