Re: Part 1 Application by the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. to review and vary Telecom Regulatory Policy CRTC 2015-177 – Request for extension to file reply comments
Dear Mr. Sandiford:
The Commission is in receipt of a letter, dated 8 September 2015, from the Canadian Network Operators Consortium Inc. (CNOC) requesting an extension to the current filing date of 14 September 2015 for submission of their Reply Comments in the above noted proceeding. CNOC submitted that an extension is necessary to provide CNOC’s limited regulatory resources an adequate opportunity to fully review the record of the proceeding and prepare comprehensive reply comments. Accordingly, CNOC requested an extension of the filing date to 24 September 2015.
Given that CNOC’s request does not prejudice other parties to this proceeding, Commission staff considers that the extension requested by CNOC is reasonable. Accordingly, CNOC is to file reply comments with the Commission, serving copies on all other parties, by 24 September 2015.
