RE: Bell Aliant Tariff Notice 489 – Revisions to Atlantic Canada General Tariff item 364 – Centrex IP Service.
Dear Sir:
On 28 August 2015, the Commission received an application by Bell Aliant Regional Communications, Limited Partnership (Bell Aliant), under Tariff Notice 489, in which it proposed changes to Bell Aliant’s General Tariff in Atlantic Canada, CRTC 21491, item 364 – Centrex IP Service.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
