RE: Tariff Notice 930 – Terrestrial Internet Services
Dear Sir:
On 25 August 2015, the Commission received an application by Northwestel Inc. (Northwestel), under Tariff Notice 930 (TN 930), in which the company proposed to introduce two new retail cable Internet packages to its General Tariff – one for business customers and one for residential customers. The company indicated that its application is a Group B tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
