RE:  Shaw Cablesystems G.P. for non-discriminatory and timely access to
Concord Pacific Multi-Dwelling Unit Projects

Dear Madam, Sirs,

On 30 July 2015, Shaw Cablesystems G.P. on behalf of itself and Shaw Telecom G.P. (together, Shaw) filed the above-referenced application with the Commission.

On 7 August 2015, Commission staff issued a letter in which Concord Pacific Developments Inc. (Concord) was requested to file responses to interrogatories including identifying each of the telecommunications service providers (TSPs) with access to the buildings in questionFootnote 1 .Concord subsequently identified TELUS Communications Inc. (TCC) as one the TSPs with access in two of the buildings in question and served TCC with a copy of the application.

The date for Concord and Novus to file an Answer to the application was 31 August 2015. However, Commission staff considers that that there may been a misunderstanding regarding the filing of an Answer to the application.

In view of this misunderstanding, Concord, Novus and TCC may file an Answer to the application by 14 September 2015, serving a copy on Shaw.

Shaw may file a reply, by 24 September 2015, serving a copy on Concord, Novus and TCC.

Sincerely
