RE: Follow-up to Decision 2014-527, the Bell Show Cause Proceeding - Responses to Requests for Further Information – Extension Request
On 10 July 2015, Bell Canada requested an extension for filing their responses to requests for information relating to the above-noted proceeding, citing resource constraints. Bell Canada requested an extension until 17 July 2015 to provide their responses.
Commission staff considers that Bell Canada’s request for an extension is reasonable in the circumstances. Accordingly, the process is revised as follows:
Bell Canada is to file responses to requests for information with the Commission, serving copies on interveners, by 17 July 2015.
Interveners may file final comments on Bell Canada’s response to the Commission, serving copies on Bell Canada, by 31 July 2015.
Parties are reminded that, in accordance with the Canadian Radio-television and Telecommunications Commission Rules of Practice and Procedure, if a document is to be filed or served by a specific date, the document must be actually received, not merely sent, by that date. A document must be filed with the Commission by 5 p.m. Vancouver time (8 p.m. Ottawa time) on the date it is due.
Yours sincerely,
