RE: Tariff Notice 1 – Introduction of CLEC tariff

Dear Sir,

On 11 June 2015, the Commission received an application by Transvision (Cookshire) Inc. under cover of Tariff Notice 1 (TN 1), in which the company proposed to introduce its CLEC General Tariff as part of its registration as a competitive local exchange carrier in Quebec. The company indicated that its application qualified as a Group B retail filing.

Commission staff is still reviewing this application.

Consequently, the application and any subsequent amendments will not be approved provisionally on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of this application, along with any subsequent revisions, within 45 business days following receipt.
