RE: Cochrane Telecom Services Tariff Notices 72/72A – Access Services Tariff
Dear Sir:
On 25 and 29 May 2015, the Commission received applications by Cochrane Telecom Services, under Tariff Notices 72 and 72A, in which the company proposed a new Section 750 Local Network Interconnection and Component Unbundling in its General tariff CRTC 25350. The company indicated that its application is a Group B tariff filing.
Commission staff is continuing its analysis of this application.
Consequently, these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, will not be approved on an interim basis on the 15th calendar day following receipt. However, the Commission intends to dispose of these applications, along with any associated subsequent revisions, within 45 business days of receipt of the filing.
Sincerely,
Original signed by
