RE: Tariff Notice 87 – Rate schedules for primary exchange (local) service
Dear Madam:
On 7 May 2015, People’s Tel Limited Partnership, operating as Eastlink (People’s Tel)] filed a letter requesting to withdraw the above-noted application from consideration by the Commission. In its application, People’s Tel had proposed changes to previously approved rates for existing retail tariffed services, as well as increases to those rates by the rate of inflation.
People Tel’s request to withdraw this application is accepted. The application will be closed and a copy of the request will be kept on file.
